Le Bon Ton New Year’s Eve tips
The NYE Concierge crew were delighted to receive a special welcome upon their arrival at Melbourne’s answer to a New Orlean’s fusion of gulf coast dining. This awesome venue located in Collingwood was packed with Saturday evening revelers. Once inside the crew had a peek around the indoor and outdoor areas and loved the quaint fairy lights outside providing muse sophisticated atmosphere.
Once seated the crew received cocktail drinks and especially loved the Le Bon Ton Martini. Oh yep was the cry! Moving on to food, to make for ease of ordering, the Southern Pride set menu was ordered. The entree consisted of delicious fried chicken, texas caviar and beer battered onion rings. Yum! Next came the main of Pit smoked meats, chilli cheese fries and slaws. Yum Tum! And to top it off they finished with deserts of home made pecan pie drizzled with chocolate sauce and cream. Yeah haaa!
Observations included that the staff were attentive and considerate. (A really good host was the feedback.) Le Bon Ton had a great vibe and feel. Looking around you could tell everyone was enjoying themselves.
And as a place for NYE dinner the crew were quick to identify that they would love to come back for more.

Le Bon Ton is located just outside the CBD in Collingwood. It is easily accessible from Victoria Parade and Hoddle St.

Being located close to the Melbourne CBD, there are many accommodation options. And walking or tramming are good options.
Car Parking and drop off tips: This venue is easy for drop offs. There are some Secure Parking 24 hour parking options close by. The closest will be on Cambridge St near the corner of Victoria Parade. Another option is try the street side parking in the area but be aware of the parking meters or permit parking.
