You can be dancing inside and then enjoy time outside in the Summer weather. Another strong aspect of this venue is the outside function room. Location:
Harbour Kitchen is located on the south side of Victoria Harbour at Docklands. It is perfectly positioned to watch the Docklands NYE fireworks. It’s on the Docklands boardwalk area.
Accommodation ideas and notes:
If opting to stay over in Docklands for New Years Eve do opt for some accommodation nearby as the crowds and transport could be an issue at the pointy end of the night. There are quite a few options of apartments in the Docklands area and these may work out better than hotel type options. This can be more true if you have a few friends in a multiple room apartment.
Parking and drop off:
Parking and drop off can both need some planning at this location. Parking at somewhere like the stadium could be an option. In fact we’ve traveled to this venue by boat or water taxi before. The proviso with that water option is that you get in before the early NYE family fireworks. You need to check on any boat movement during fireworks periods.
