One Dozen Natural Rock Oysters

Melon wrapped in sheets of smoked prosciutto
ENTREE
Beef Lasagna
Bolognese sauce, besciamella, egg & peas between layers of pasta
and baked in the oven

Spinach & ricotta cannelloni
Spinach and ricotta rolled in crepes & baked in a Napolitano sauce.

MAIN COURSE
Snapper al Cartoccio
Whole snapper baked in lemon juice, virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley
and a touch of soy baked in foil & served with spinach and roasted new potatoes.

Roast beef rolled in herbs, stuffed with bread crumbs,
and topped with a tomato Napolitano sauce & served with new potatoes.
