Ladies, if you're waiting for your prince charming perhaps a tiara is the perfect accessory or gentlemen that six-gallon hat tells us that you're comfortable in the saddle.

A fireman's helmet shows you're on the lookout to rescue a damsel in distress and a Policewoman always captures her man.

With prime position for the fireworks - this party definitely has the X Factor!

It will be the place to pop the champagne corks at midnight!

If you're single, a couple or coming in a group. The X Team will be there to ensure you have a great time.

When: Thursday December 31st. 7.30pm boat sails at 8pm sharp (returning 1am)

Age group: This party is catering for the under 40s age range

2 levels to party - Music for all tastes DJ on the Top Deck playing the latest dance trax. Top 40, R&B, Latin and more.

DJ on the lower deck, with 70s, 80s and retro. And to make it a bit more fun, we will be throwing in the occasional karaoke for all of you wanna be pop stars!

Food & Drink: Platters of cocktail food will be served 8.30pm – 10.30pm. Purchase your drinks from cash bar at reasonable prices.

Dress: Be sure to wear a hat. Let your imagination go and dress in theme of your hat. If hats aren't your thing - don't worry. Just wear a flower or some tinsel

Parking: Please allow plenty of time if you are driving in.. the boat cannot wait for anyone.

There is an event at Etihad Stadium , so parking could be tricky. There is parking at in Spencer St at Southern Cross Station and at Harbour Town in Docklands Drive
