The search for the best talent for Miss New Year's Eve 2010 has kicked off with pre registrations being taken.
In 2009 the inaugural Miss New Year's Eve was won by:
- WINNER – REBECCA SIMONI, 19 years from Victoria
With placings to:
- 1st Runner Up – Emily Macfarlane, 19 years from Victoria
- 2nd Runner Up – Natalie Cincotta, 26 years from Victoria
The winner Rebecca Simoni, enjoyed some fantastic prizes: As well as the 12 months title of Miss New Year's Eve … other prizes include:
- 2 nights luxury accommodation in 5 star hotel on NYE and NYD for 2
- $500 cash
- The Ultimate NYE Party around Melbourne visiting NYE events with VIP status with transport by Water Taxis' and
- Hummer Limos all New Year's Eve long with up to 3 friends and the NYE Crew.
- Lunch or Dinner on NYD to the value of $200 at selected venue.
