We chatted with Mez Wood about the fabulous Life's A Ball New Years Eve Glitz & Glamour Party in Richmond. And saw how things are shaping up for this new years eve!

Hi Mez, so Life certainly is a Ball!

Your events are a staple in Melbourne on New Years Eve.
Wow .. how long have your events been going now?

Mez: I organised my first party way back in 1997 because I was sick of
having a boring time on NYE.
It was an awesome party with 900 party revellers having a ball, and it just
grew from there.

NYE: Tell us about this great event in Richmond?
Mez: It's only 5 minutes for the CBD and able to accommodate 600 people
comfortably. With an exquisite ambience, central atrium and fantastic
outdoor area overlooking the Yarra river.
We have a fantastic party band & DJ playing a great mix of music to suit
most tastes.

NYE: What time does it all kick off?
Mez: 8pm

NYE: What time does it finish?
Mez: 6hrs later at 2am, but can go later if the party is still rocking!

NYE: What does it cost the punter Mez?
Mez:The cost is $78.50 which includes an awesome buffet supper

Mez: It's for those wanting to do it all in style this New Years Eve,
without the hussle and bussle of the inner City! With individual party bags,
confetti cannons and all the razzamatazz we are famous for.
This will definitely be the place to pop the champagne corks at midnight! Or
walk out the front into Bridge Road to see the City fireworks.
