How to avoid the NYE hangover?
What to do before and how to help yourself after...



New Year Hang Over Before you drink:
1 Fill your stomach with a meal of starches and vitamins . . The food will absorb the alcohol.
2 Drink lots of fruit juice and water.
3 Drink milk: Milk coats the lining of your stomach, so they say????


While you drink:
1 Eat little snacks like nuts,crisps and popcorn.
2 Drink water. Order a bottle of water with every drink you have.
3 Don't mix your drinks, try sticking to the same drinks all night.



Hang Over When you get home after a good night out:
1 Dont drink coffee ,caffeine will only dehydrate you more !!!!
2 When you get home drink as much water as you can 1 pint minimum.

And if they all fail try a hangover cure:
1 Have some honey,or add some honey to your water or cup of tea. It'll help the dryness in your throat.
2 Drink plenty of fruit juice.
3 A good full English breakfast (always works for me) first mouthful is hard but the rest is easy.
4 Sleep is one of the most essential treatments for a hangover.
5 And if that all fails maybe have just 1 or 2 less drinks ?????
